Fully remanufactured complete with new valves, springs & stem seals assembled, vacuum tested. To include new core plugs fitted, pressure tested, skimmed to ensure flatness. Phosphor bronze guide liners, cut valve seats. Where appropriate to repair water way corrosion cylinder heads have been welded.

Performance gasflowed :
Benefits: Better volumetric efficiency. 8 - 10 BHP, some customers claim a fuel saving of approx. 2 mpg. Smoother running especially at higher rpm. Better low to midspeed pulling.
