Original Land Rover Cylinder head complete with valves and springs assembled suitable for all Land Rover 300TDI Defender, Discovery and Range Rover engines.

Crack tested, pressure tested, new core plugs. Skimmed to ensure flatness, guides, cut seats with three angled seat cutter. Fit valves, springs and stem seals., vacuum tested.

Some cylinder heads where required may include welding for rectification or corrosion damage.  (not cracks)

Gasflowed inlet and exhaust ports performance version.   Benefits - Better volumetric efficiency. 8 - 10 BHP, some customers claim a fuel saving of approx. 2 mpg. Smoother running especially at higher rpm. Better low to midspeed pulling.

Suitable for all 300TDI Land Rover Defender, Discovery and Range Rover engines including those where the bottom end has been converted to 2.8
