The 2.8 300TDI diesel short engine is assembled with the following items:

A fully remanufactured block casting including new camshaft bearings fitted (line reamed)
New core plugs - pressure tested
Main bearing housings line honed
Skim deck of block
Rebore & hone bores to standard size for 2.8 300TDI
Painted

Assembled with the following 2.8 NEW parts
NEW crankshaft 2.8
NEW conrods 2.8
NEW pistons & rings 2.8
NEW conrod bearing shells 2.8
NEW main bearing shells 2.8

The short engine assembly is supplied with a new head gasket.
